Tryout Checklist: (these items must be completed before you tryout:)

- WHO: any girl, 9th - 12th interested in playing basketball for AFHS.
- WHEN: November 11th, 2019
- EXACTLY When: 3:00 - 5:00pm in the Cave (new fieldhouse)
- WHAT to bring: appropriate basketball apparel, basketball shoes, copy of Term 1 Grades
- WHY: to represent the school, play a game that you love, to have fun, to WIN.
Tryout Checklist: (these items must be completed before you tryout:)
- Completed registration on www.registermyathlete.com
- Completed physical or proof of scheduled physical with signed paperwork from doctor. (Make sure insurance info is complete). Paperwork found on registermyathlete.com . . . please upload it when signed.
- Completed concussion training (you can do it online now!) Here's a video of how to register and complete the training.
- Copy of last terms grades (Term 1)
