Tryout Ino

Tryout Info:

• WHO: any girl, 9th - 12th interested in playing basketball for AFHS.
  
• WHEN: November 5th, 2018
• EXACTLY When: 3:00 - 5:00pm in the Cave (new fieldhouse)
• WHAT to bring: appropriate basketball apparel, basketball shoes, ball.
• WHY: to represent the school, play a game that you love, to have fun, to WIN.

Tryout Checklist: (these items must be completed before you tryout:)

1. Completed registration on www.registermyathlete.com
2. Completed physical with signed paperwork from doctor. (Make sure insurance info is complete). Paperwork found on registermyathlete.com . . . please upload it when signed.
3. Completed concussion training (you can do it online now!) Here's a video of how to register and complete the training.
4. Copy of last terms grades (Term 1)
